Sproutwell was founded by two pediatricians who believed a check-up should never feel scary. Today our team of doctors, nurses, and care coordinators looks after newborns through teenagers — and we still greet most of our patients by name.

Do you accept new patients?
Yes — we welcome newborns through age 18. Call (312) 555-0148 or use our contact form and we will usually offer a first visit within the week.
What should I bring to the first visit?
Your child’s immunization record, insurance card, and any previous growth charts or specialist letters. Everything else we collect together.
Do you offer same-day sick visits?
Every weekday we reserve same-day slots for fever, ear pain, rashes, and injuries. Call before 10 a.m. and we will fit you in.
Can I reach a nurse after hours?
Yes. Our evening and weekend nurse line answers around the clock for urgent concerns.
