New-parent questions, answered
When should my newborn first be seen?
Within 3–5 days after birth, or sooner if the hospital recommends it. Call us from the hospital and we will reserve the slot.
Can you help with breastfeeding trouble?
Yes — latch checks, weighted feeds, and pumping guidance are part of every early visit, with lactation referrals when needed.
How do I know if something is urgent?
Fever over 100.4°F in a baby under 3 months is always urgent. For anything else, our 24/7 nurse line will triage with you.
